Directly importing players from a Club into a League makes it easy to
carry rosters forward without re-entering player information. This
feature works across any Ultimate Scoreboard league or club, including
transferring players into a new season within the same club. To
perform an import, the user must be a member of the source club, and
only players with registered user accounts are eligible. Players who
already belong to the target league or club for that season will be
automatically excluded, ensuring clean and accurate rosters.
Go to the Club Import Page. Click Manage →
Import Club Players, or navigate to the
Import Club Player Page
directly.
Select the destination team.
If you are a team captain this step is skipped, you can only
import players to your own team.
Choose the source Club and Season.
Select the Club, then the Season within that Club, followed by the
team you want to import players from.
Review eligible players.
A list of eligible players will be shown based on registration and
season availability.
Confirm the import.
Click a player, then confirm in the popup. The player's profile
will be imported and added directly to the selected team.
League and Club settings can affect how player imports work. A Club
may choose to fully disable direct imports of its players, restrict
importing to Club captains or administrators only, or require that
players have paid Club dues before they can be imported. On the
receiving side, the League or Club you are importing into may also
disable player imports entirely. These controls help ensure that
roster movement aligns with each organization's rules and
administrative preferences.
